Getting Here

By Public Transit

We're about a 7-minute walk from the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station. Head west on Keefer, then south on Heritage Boulevard. You'll see our distinctive smokestack from a block away.

By Car

From downtown Vancouver, take Hastings Street east, turn right on Carrall, then left on Heritage Boulevard. There's metered street parking along the boulevard, or use the parkade two blocks south.

Valet parking: $28/night if you'd rather not deal with finding a spot yourself.

From the Airport

Vancouver International's about 25-30 minutes by car or Canada Line + SkyTrain. We can arrange airport pickup for $85 – way easier than lugging bags through transit transfers.

Heritage Boulevard's a bit narrow with the historic buildings and all, so larger vehicles might want to use the parkade instead of street parking.

Quick Answers

Before you reach out, maybe we've already answered your question here. But honestly, we don't mind hearing from you either way.

Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Within 48 hours, we'll charge for one night. Special events or holiday bookings might have different terms – we'll let you know upfront when you book.

Absolutely! We're pet-friendly and actually have water bowls and treats at the front desk. There's a $35 per night fee, and we ask that you keep 'em leashed in common areas. Just mention you're bringing your furry friend when booking so we can set you up in one of our pet-friendly suites.

Yeah, they fill up pretty quick – especially on weekends. We take max 8 people per session to keep it intimate and hands-on. Book at least a week ahead if you can. Tours run about 90 minutes and guests actually get to hammer out a small piece to take home.

You get complimentary WiFi, access to our fitness area, a welcome drink at Fire & Iron, and parking (either valet or we'll point you to free street spots). Breakfast isn't included but honestly, our restaurant does an amazing smoked salmon benedict that's worth the extra $18.

The building's historic but we've worked hard to make it accessible. We've got an elevator, accessible suites on the ground floor with roll-in showers, and ramps at all entrances. The blacksmith workshop area can accommodate wheelchairs too. Just let us know your specific needs when booking and we'll make sure everything's set up right.
